Shipping Disclosure

We guarantee our plants to arrive safely in excellent condition. Our plants are all hand picked, carefully inspected and packed securely prior to shipping. On occasion there are circumstances beyond our control such as shipping delays or inclement weather. Please contact us immediately if your plant is damaged  1-888-610-9222 toll free or use the “contact us” tab.

We ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to the continental United States and Alaska. There is a 2-day delivery time anywhere in the U.S.  For shipping locally please contact us.

Fedex signature request: According to new Fedex policy all packages will be left at the door without a signature unless otherwise specified. We can request that an indirect signature (anyone in the home or a neighbor or Fedex door tag) be obtained for an additional fee of $2.00. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are left at the door and damaged by the elements or stolen. Another option is to ship your plants to your work address so someone will be there to receive it.

Occasionally a pot will arrive cracked or broken, just slip it into another pot. Some leaf yellowing and drop off will occur and this is common if not expected.

Holidays & Seasonal Events: Our supply is limited, so we advise that you place your order as early as possible for special occasions, ie; Birthdays, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas etc.
